Razor Sharp Productions, LLC. (RSP) is a production company that produces high quality independent films. A small, dedicated team of professionals working with budget ranges up to 10 million and located in the picturesque Southwest of Albuquerque, New Mexico, the new epicenter of filmmaking. Experience in feature films, short films and educational instructional videos, RSP is a full-service production company including script revisions, location scouting, pre-production services, principle photography, post production sound, audio, music and score and visual effects.


RSP was formed in 2006 by Gavin Gillette and Ryil Adamson, to produce their first feature film, The Donor Conspiracy, which was picked up for international distribution by Vanguard International Cinema. The movie was written by Gavin Gillette and directed by Ryil Adamson. Their second feature film, I Was a 7th Grade Dragonslayer, is currently in post-production, slated for completion in early 2010. It stars Lea Thompson (Back to the Future, tv’s Caroline in the City), Wendie Mallick (tv’s Just Shoot Me, Fraiser), Eric Lutes (tv’s Caroline in the City, So Little Time) and Amy Pietz (tv’s Aliens in America).

Gavin and Ryil have also produced several award-winning shorts, including back-to-back Audience Awards for the Duke City Shootout in 2007 and 2008 for their respective shorts.

Gavin Gillette is a successful screenwriter and producer while Ryil Adamson is an accomplished actor, director, screenwriter and producer. RSP’s business model is very successful at producing lower budget, high quality films. Familiar with NM film industry incentives, RSP has pioneered the movie business model of making ‘Hollywood’ films at a fraction of the cost.
